What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a professional service designed to provide homeowners with peace of mind by regularly visiting and monitoring their property while they’re away. Whether you are on vacation, traveling for work, or have a second home that is unoccupied for extended periods, a home watch service helps ensure that the property remains secure, well-maintained, and free from potential issues.
Do you do the Home Maintenance?
If this is something we cannot handle, will coordinate with trusted local contractors to perform your maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pool maintenance, HVAC servicing, or any other repairs. If you have someone for this work we will partner with them and work as a liaison for you, that way you can relax while we take care of the work.
What does a Home Watch visit look like?
Each visit varies based on the needs of the home and client. Overall we will check water flows in all the sinks, flushing toilets, tubs, and showers, to keep the drain traps wet and avoid smells or drain flies. We check for visible leaks, visible damage, or any issues with all appliances. Being in Florida, we check humidity levels and the AC to ensure all is running properly. Overall we are looking for irregularities to prevent or fix any damaging situations in the early stages.
How frequently do you make Home Watch Visits?
We offer Weekly visits (4 – 5 visits per month), Tri-Weekly (3 visits per month), or Bi-Weekly (2 visits per month). Check your homeowners insurance policy, at times it may require a number of Home Watch Reports.
