We conduct thorough visits of your property, both interior and exterior, to ensure everything is in order. From checking security systems to verifying utilities, our vigilant team leaves no stone unturned.

What We Do

Interior Checks

  • Run water through each sink, tub, shower, and flush toilets to prevent traps from drying out (allowing sewer gases into your home)
  • check for visible signs of mold (note: we are not a licensed mold inspection or mitigation company)
  • Check windows and doors
  • Looking over patios/decks, lighting, etc.
  • Checking refrigerator/freezer,  dishwasher and washer/dryer
  • Inspection for any leaks, rodent or pest infestation, unusual odors, and more
  • Check closets, pantry and storage cabinets
  • Check AC and thermostat settings
  • Check refrigerator, freezers and wine coolers for proper temp and operation
  • Reset clocks after power outage or time change
  • Check garage and make sure door to garage is locked
  • Enable alarm system, if applicable

Exterior Checks

  • Exterior check of grounds, landscape, pests, lawn and sprinklers
  • Remove newspapers, flyers, small yard signs, and check mailbox
  • Visual check of outdoor light fixtures
  • Visual exterior check including roof (from ground), screens, windows, AC units, fence
  • Enter home, disarm security system, if appropriate
  • Lanai and Pool Area:
  • Check water level and condition of water (contact pool company if needed)
  • Check equipment and pool control panel
  • Check screen door, screening and cage structure
  • Locking Up: “Look. Listen. Lock.”

Home Owners Report

he customer will be notified immedatly if anything is found and we will proced to take care of any issues with the customers request.

Each Visit the Homeiowner will revcie a digital copy of the check list. Time and date stamped along with any photographs and comments.
